第一行大致就可以分析出来。
Win10联网安装之后，有些APP是属于当前用户，当你删除这个用户之后，由于这些APP没有卸载，导致封装失败。
可以考虑安装过程断网，处理过程也断网。或者切换到administrator用户并删除初始用户之前都断网。这样也许能解决。
