发现一个不是BUG只是建议改进的地方：部署中顶部文字标题如果超宽了能否以滚动字幕的形式显示？

今天下载了刚刚发布的Windows 11（22000.194），试着封装一下，全新系统安装，简单优化，安装了Winrar，封装起步阶段就出错了，查看错误日志：

怀疑可能是某项优化造成的，但是之前Win10都是一样的优化，顺利封装，暂时没搞清楚是哪项优化造成的。

第二次实验，安装完干净的Windows 11以后，不做任何优化不按照任何软件，封装成功，所以Win10适用的优化不能照搬到Win1中，各位要小心测试。

封装win11
刚安装好系统的时候是可以封装成功的
安装完软件后，再封装就报错了。
