　　之所以弹出Internal Error 36000错误提示框，很可能是硬盘坏道或存在逻辑错误，导致安装操作无法继续进行。

　　解决方案：

　　1、启动磁盘碎片整理程序进行碎片整理。

　　2、进行系统磁盘分区坏道检测，看是否存在坏道。

　　3、使用分区工具diskgenius检测硬盘分区是否存在逻辑错误。若存在，可以格式化问题分区。
