Noime

由于当前系统联网触发系统APP自动更新导致封装失败，一般全程断网就不会出现这类问题
从日志上看是以下APP造成：
APP名称：Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePackzh-CN_18362.28.87.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe
参考方案：
卸载该APP，开始菜单右键“运行”输入 PowerShell 然后在弹出的PowerShell控制台里输入 get-appxpackage *Microsoft.LanguageExperiencePackzh-CN_18362.28.87.0_neutral__8wekyb3d8bbwe*| remove-appxpackage
卸载后继续封装，如果还失败，可能还有别的APP导致，根据日志setuperr.log的第一行里找APP名称继续按上面的方法执行。
